The location was nice and quiet, just a pleasant stroll away from Three Kings Monument. The bed was comfortable, and overall the room was brand-new. The personal was extremely helpful.

No complaints, it was dope! Liked Chiang Mai, the hotel was good small and private in the centre of chiang mai. The most important was the staff - amicable and amazingly kind people. The location was incredible and magnificent, and we could reach Chiang Mai Gate by walking. What's more, it was short walk to restaurants, the night markets and the pubs and restaurants and a cool cafe which provided breakfast/coffee

Really enjoyed the room with nice bathroom, my bed was exceptionally comfortable. It was nice to have an electric kettle and a refrigerator available. The location was marvellous, near to lots of good restaurants, airport station and rail station and nice restaurant around, in a good area. Stayed for 1 day and did not want to leave there, I will be back.

The hotel also went above and beyond to provide a crib for my baby, making our stay comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel for its great value and convenience. This hotel’s location is great, situated in the heart of the old town and within walking distance to a variety of nice restaurants. You can experience the city from within, surrounded by lovely scenery and some of the most important landmarks. The rooms are always clean and well equipped, it’s easy to feel comfortable and at ease here. Breakfast is varied and tasty, perfect to start your day off well.

One thing to consider is the potential for noise disturbance at night , so bring some earplugs just in case.

Spent Christmas at a hotel with nice staff and clean rooms. The location was perfect, located in the heart of the city with many restaurants and markets within walking distance. The pool was great for relaxing and provided a cool relief to the hot weather. enjoyed the tour arranged by the hotel which was both fun and informative.

It was not tasty, and lacked variety. the rooms were noisy, not providing enough sound insulation to prevent outside noise from disturbing our sleep.
